Farmhouse Pork & Chicken Pate enriched with cream & brandy, served with beetroot chutney, melba toast & dressed leaves

Homemade Spicy Parsnip Soup served with a swirl of cream & parsnip crisps

Sharing Platter, Spanish cured meats, selection of cheeses, antipasti, artisan breads & dipping oils

Scottish Smoked Salmon & King Prawns, swirls of smoked salmon & garlic & coriander king prawns served with sour cream, cracked black pepper, lemon wedge & lemon dressed mixed leaves

Sicilian Lemon & Wild Thyme Chicken, succulent strips of chicken breast marinated in Pinot Grigio, wild thyme and lemon with a mascarpone enriched jus

Asparagus & Parma Ham Chicken Breast, oven baked seasoned boneless chicken breast, tender asparagus spears, wrapped in Parma ham and finished with a fresh basil and mascarpone sauce

Canard Confit, twice cooked tender duck leg with crispy skin served with a ginger & mirim sauce

Derbyshire Lamb, tender pieces of local leg lamb, marinated in port & thyme, then slowly cooked & topped with a stilton crouton

Trio of Sausages, handmade venison, pork & leek & lamb & rosemary sausages served with a red wine gravy on a bed of creamy cracked black pepper mashed potato

Butternut Squash Risotto (v) served inside a roasted butternut squash with shavings of parmesan & fresh basil
